During these unprecedented times, we want you to know that we appreciate your business and are there for you during this crisis. We are fortunate that the Federal Government has determined that our industry is essential which entitles us to stay open to serve you.

We also are committed to protecting you our customer and our employees by following the CDC's cleaning and disinfecting guidelines to include wiping down frequently touched surfaces, washing hands and social distancing. We operate in 8 states so every location is adapting to local and state COVID-19 mandates.

All our stores are open and our teams are ready to help you. To limit face to face contact, please utilize our delivery services by calling or emailing your orders to our sales staff. Be aware that some of our branches have had to stop permitting customers inside their store's due to state COVID-19 mandates. If your local branch does not permit customers inside, please call them with your order and they will curb side deliver products right outside our doors. As always, our number one focus is you the customer and we stand ready to provide the materials and services you need for your projects.

As we all practice social distancing, remember that you can get your statements emailed to you along with having the ability to check invoices with our 24/7 Online account access.

24 Hour Online Access to Your Account

You can have 24 hour/365 day access to your account by signing up on our website. Click the Customer Login button on the top right side of the page, then click the Request Access button at the bottom of the next page. Fill out the information and we will set up an online account for you. You will receive an email giving you a temporary user name and password for you to go online and set up your access. COVID-19 Policy

For the safety of our customers and employees, we are asking any employees, customers or vendors to Not Enter Our Store if they currently have any of the following symptoms or recent exposures:

  1. Fever of 100.4 or higher
  2. New or Worsening Cough
  3. Shortness of Breath
  4. Stuffy Nose
  5. Sore Throat
  6. Other flu like symptoms
  7. Have been contacted by the Public Health Department within the last 2 weeks stating that you have been potentially exposed to the Coronavirus.
  8. Have been in close contact with someone, including a healthcare worker, confirmed to have Coronavirus.

For our Customers and Employees Safety we have:

  • Required our associates to stay home if they feel sick or have been around sick people.
  • Associates are asked to wash hands regularly, use hand sanitizer and avoid physical contact by not shaking hands and touching faces.
  • We have directed our locations to regularly clean our service counters and our door handles.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to use our delivery services as much as possible and avoid our stores by calling and emailing your inquiries to our sales staff.
  • We have asked our sales personnel to postpone all non-essential business related out of town travel as well as customer events.
  • As a company we are committed to continue to deliver materials to you. If one of our locations is unable to deliver due to COVID-19, we will make every attempt to deliver to you from another location. Keeping you supplied during this time is paramount to us.
